"The Strength clubline plus series" biomechanically advanced equipments of the just to get you strengthen like never before. Our strength training sessions are designed scientifically to avoid plateau within the training that you do. Before we train any individual our experts understand the required fitness goals first and then provide her/him a protocol. We train you with varieties of fitness training protocol and we are specialized in :
1) Sports specific training's.
2) Functional training.
3) Body Weight training's.
4) Free hand exercises.
5) Specialized training's for Special Population (People who are medically unfit or medically challenged like Arthritis, slip disk, Pre pregnancy etc etc..).
6) Neuro motor exercises and strength building exercise for Senior Citizens.
